Bought at 95% of Asking

As a first-time home-buyer and someone new to the area, there were a lot of unknowns going into the buying process. After being introduced to Roshan, he literally went above and beyond to make my wife and I feel welcome. He recorded personalised videos for us showing different parts of the city and carried a great amount of enthusiasm in helping us find our first home. Not only did this give us confidence but it also made us feel special. In the end, we found a great home, Roshan was with us every step of the way with what to do and what was coming next and we are both so happy. If 6 stars was an option, I would have selected it. Roshan is your guy if you want a good realtor experience. Friendly, kind and available at all times when we had questions. Thank you Roshan!
